• The filling process of quality and customer data are quickly and easily.
• Calculating the target data is computed automatically (based on the quality of concrete testing laboratory) according to the number of orders m3 is entered, including the calculation of the value of water content in the sand / moisture that must be taken into account so as not to disrupt the return value of the slump. Operators no longer need to use a calculator.
• The production process is fast because the loading process performed immediately after discharge into the mixer machine without waiting for discharge into the mixer truck, increasing the capacity per hour.
• The result of the calculation is more accurate because of the weight adaptation more or less is done automatically, so that the average error rate below 1% of the total weight of the target without any deceitfulness at all by application program, for this example can be seen in print below.
• No differences weight value between Weight Indicator and at display on a computer that is often complained by operators and the clients.
• It has been tested using various Weight Indicator brands, such as CAS CI-1580A, GST-9700, AD-4329, SGW-3015S, Omron K3HB-V, R300 and R400 series Rinstrum. Just plug and play it will work directly.
• It does not apply the flowcontrol device for water and admixture measurement, due to the use of data flowcontrol device produces measurements that are often missed due to corrosion.

• 24 relay outputs and 8 relay inputs, each with different control functions and can be integrated with existing manual control desk.
• Automatic warning horn relay for mixer truck as a ready sign to receive concrete and as a completion production sign to leave the batching plant.
• Production reports with QR code to prevent counterfeiting of documents delivery order. QR code reading data using 3D scanners.
• Operational settings are very easy and user friendly.
• The database is not limited to free add data record as much as possible and there is no expiry date.
• Indonesian language that is easy to understand (other version is in English).
• Competitive price but reliable and guaranteed.
• Availability stock of spare parts are always ready to ship via JNE (domestic) or TNT (overseas).
• Minimize maintenance costs and faster response service, without having to invite engineers from abroad for troubleshooting which often takes days so could disrupt production.
